As the leader of “Your Business: Anchor to Asset” (A2A) Peter begins the A2A process by using a Bizequity Valuation of the business under scrutiny, to get the beginning measure. He then uses The Alternative Board (TAB) Lowcountry’s tools and strategy to chart a path to increase the value of that business. Should this strategy include and Power-Sharing and Governance adjustments, Peter calls upon the Intellectual Capital embedded in the Partnership Charter Institute (TPCI) to develop those specific items for the business owner. Along the way, he also begins building into growth strategies and the gates and plans of an exit strategy.
